All Ackermann-Diflex arms feature a unique atraumatic Delrin Clamp tip which securely holds scopes and instruments from 3.5 mm up to 16 mm in diameter. Also included in all models is a self-contained OR rail clamp for quick and easy attachement to the operating table.
